We chose Team Haigh for the sale of our home, and recent new purchase because they were fantastic the first time we used them, and they have proved they still are! Very responsive, very in tune with what we wanted and needed, they are always working behind the scenes in our best interests. In the case of our May 2021 purchase, they noticed that the easement on our property on file with the county had a blurred paragraph – the one that specified who was to share what costs on the easements! They had the current owner refile before the purchase, unbeknownst to us until later, as just one way they demonstrated having our best interests at heart! There were many a days when they were answering our late-night emails and calls, patiently addressing our questions and concerns. We are thrilled with our new home in Marietta and the great price they negotiated for us. We were equally thrilled that the the sale of our home in Villa Rica was easy and seamless. We will use them again and again!

We have been working with Campbell and Beth on the purchase of our new home and the selling of our current home. They are both experienced and know what is needed to get top dollar from the sell of your home. We had multiple offers for our home the first weekend it was on the market and ended up accepting an offer for asking price.

My experience with Team Haigh Realty was exceptional. I called several places prior to finding them. From answering the phone very knowledgeable and just AMAZING! Stephanie was awesome and very accessible with availability for showings as early as same day and weekends. I am happy to say i found my home as early as the first 30-40 days. Always kept me updated with the process from making the offer ect. As a first time home buyer i feel like they always looked out for my best interest with negotiating the amounts and also getting me a warranty for my appliances for the first year. Even after closing still reaching out to me to see how my moving was and if i needed anything (all spare keys from the home owners). I would definitely refer my family and friends to her! I started my search for a new home over 2 years ago. Like any perspective home buyer, I started to peruse the various real estate websites and contacted several agents. I had an appointment to view a property and when I arrived they weren't there. I called to ask if they were on the way and he told me they had tried to reach out to me by phone several times over the past 24 hours. I told him I had not received one call, text, or email. He did not apologize or ask to confirm my information. He did say that he could be there in 20 but I told him I didn't have time to wait. He did not offer to reschedule he just said ok thanks and hung up. Unprofessional and a waste of my time.
